Any products purchased from this Poisselection.com are delivered at the address indicated by the customer when making the purchase. If the order is delivered back to our store because it failed to be delivered, we will not pay for the shipping costs to deliver the order again. All the charges must be paid by the customer. To ensure a successful delivery, please make sure the address is correct and you are able to accept the delivery between 9AM and 5PM Monday to Friday.
We suggest you choose a delivery address where you are always present, such as your workplace and a mobile phone number where you can be reached easily.
If the carrier leaves a notice for the order to be collected from a delivery point, it is the customer’s responsibility to pick it up. And if the order is returned to the sender after not being collected during the period of time allocated, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the charges of a second delivery.In the event that you do not receive the order in the indicated deadline, please contact us so our Customer Service may attend to that matter quickly.
