She is working with her sons, daughter and the embroiderers of the village. She is the soul of this handicraft workshop. Isilda Parente is the biggest embroidery brand in Viana and received the National Award for Craftsmanship.

The texts are usually full of grammar mistakes, simple and moving, as those girls didn’t have the opportunity to go to school.
